Michelle is the Director and Senior Clinical Psychologist at Mind, Science and My Health with offices in Toowoomba, Charleville and Kingaroy, Queensland. In addition to clinical activity, Michelle is a Board-approved Psychology Supervisor; and has been a very active volunteer serving the biofeedback community, e.g., as past Convener of the Australian Neurofeedback & Psychology Interest Group; past President and Fellow of the Applied Neuroscience Society of Australasia; and past Chair of the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance – Australia.

Michelle is a BCIA-Certified Neurofeedback Practitioner and a QEEG Diplomate (International Certification QEEG Board.  Michelle offers a range of education, training and supervision services. Her developmental approach to support early career EEG professionals, for example, to attain BCIA-accredited status as a Neurofeedback Practitioner or IQCB-accredited QEEG Diplomate status, has contributed to a significant increase in the number of certified professionals in Australia.


Supervision & Mentoring:

Michelle is AHPRA approved for supervision in 4+2, 5+1, Higher Education and Clinical Registrar programs; and is also an approved mentor for providers seeking IQCB certification or BCIA-A certification in neurofeedback.  Michelle designs programs of support relevant to your individual needs. In addition, Michelle is developing a suite of online education materials and site-based workshops.

TRAINING ACTIVITIES:

1]  Updated Version for 2024: QEEG 40-hour Didactic Training by Distance Education

IQCB LOGO IQCB-Accredited Course

2] 2-day QEEG Practical Skills Training Workshop, 1-2nd June 2024, Tweed Heads.

3] 3-hour Ethics and Professional Conduct Module for Recertification in QEEG or Neurofeedback ($150AUD). Request module access by emailing Michelle.

Refresh prior knowledge on this topic and to consider how you will expand existing practice to the context of Q/EEG assessment and interventions. This 2-hour module may be completed toward Recertification in QEEG. With completion of the Compulsory Review Task, you may claim 3 hours continuing education toward BCIA requirements for Recertification in Neurofeedback.
